## Resubmission
This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

* Expanded the Description field with a reference to the paper and more 
  information on the method.
* Added MSC classifications and updated URLSs in the description file.

## Test environments
* local Arch Linux install, R version 3.3.2
* win-builder (devel and release)

## R CMD check results
There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs.
